CEP is a meeting of Christians from European Parishes and Christian communities.

These Christians meet every second year in a different European country.

The CEP (European Colloquium of Parishes)

It is a meeting of Christians from parishes and Christian communities in European countries. Every two years and in a different European country, these Christians meet for a colloquium, where they share their experiences on Church and societal issues, based on their pastoral commitment. They also want to participate with their own identity in the European construction.
The CEP is endowed with “participatory status of INGOs in the Council of Europe” in Strasbourg.

Assemblies

CEC assemblies take place once every five years. The 4th CEC assembly (1964) had to be held on a ship on the Baltic Sea owing to the difficulties of obtaining visas for delegates from eastern European countries.
